職務内容
担当地域における半導体製品の販売活動を管理
メーカーの代理店およびフランチャイズ販売代理店を統括し、短期・長期の目標達成を推進
担当顧客向けのプロモーション戦略を策定・実行
顧客との強固な関係を構築し、設計案件の獲得（デザインウィン）および収益向上を実現
担当する垂直市場に関する機能的知識を習得
プロジェクトの進捗を可視化し、活動を調整、直属の上司に助言
前例の少ない課題に対して予測・解決
顧客ニーズを把握し、対応・満足を確保
会社方針の解釈・実行・改善提案
応募資格
ビジネス、マーケティング、または関連分野の学士号（MBA取得者歓迎）
アカウント開発マネージャーまたは営業リーダー職での実績
戦略的営業による収益成長の経験
高いコミュニケーション力とネットワーキングスキル
市場動向・顧客ニーズへの理解
CRMツールの使用経験
