本ポジションでは、新製品の企画から市場投入までのプロセスを支える、プロダクト開発アドミニストレーターのポジションです。製品開発マネージャーのもとで、計画・実行・フォローアップに関わる日々の業務をサポートし、製品アイデアがスムーズに形になるよう支援していただきます。
職務内容
市場トレンドやブランド戦略に基づいた新製品のアイデア出し・ネーミングのサポート
市場調査・競合分析の実施およびレポート作成
製品ラベルの文法チェック、ブランド整合性、AAFCO基準への適合確認
コンサルタントやデザイナーとの連携による規制対応・サンプルパッケージの開発支援
プロジェクトの進捗管理（タイムライン、ドキュメント、マイルストーン）
社内外の関係者との円滑なコミュニケーションの促進
応募要件
マーケティング、ビジネス、食品科学などの関連分野での学士号（尚可）
製品開発、マーケティング、またはプロジェクト管理の実務経験（3年以上）
細部にまで注意を払える方、校正スキル・整理整頓スキルに優れた方
英語・日本語のバイリンガルスキルをお持ちの方
Microsoft Office（Excel、PowerPoint、Word）の操作に習熟している方
AAFCOラベル基準に関する知識があれば歓迎
基本給 USD23-27/hr.
