Sales & Marketing, Senior Executive (FMCG- Modern Trade)

Our client in the FMCG industry is currently hiring for sales & marketing, senior executive 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute go-to-market, sales, and customer strategies for Modern Trade accounts to achieve business goals.
• Lead joint business planning, manage negotiations, and conduct regular business reviews with customers.
• Monitor 5P execution (availability, pricing, shelf share) and resolve issues promptly; prepare performance reports and improvement plans.
• Analyze sales trends, forecast margins, and recommend process improvements; collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient execution.
• Build strong customer relationships, drive product penetration and promotions, and support marketing initiatives including new product listings and BTL activities.

Job Requirements: 

• Proven selling skills and key account management experience in FMCG. 

• Broad understanding of supplier and customer relationship management, including supply chain, marketing, and branding. 

• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong negotiation and communication skills. 

• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data analysis. 

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
