Job Descriptions

• Conduct team inspections on plant equipment and
  machinery to identify and address potential issues proactively.

• Oversee manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Ensure housekeeping to vital machine components is caried out after each shift.
• Consistently review SOP and develop policies that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality.
• Evaluate machine resources to ensure continued productivity, quality control, and minimal downtime.
• Establish a balance between increased productivity and reduce costs of manufacturing operation.
• Create and execute daily, weekly, monthly, and annual production schedule, ensuring adequate manpower.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master Degree in Industrial Engineering or Operation management or similar technical field.

• Min 5 years of experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proven track record for excellent project management as well as employee training in productivity and safety.
• Strong technical knowledge of plant operations, Lean principles and new technologies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Competency in ISO 9001, Safety & Health regulations, and computerized management systems like MES, SAP or similar
