職務内容
- 売上・シェア目標達成に向けたECセールス戦略の策定と実行
- Amazon・楽天など主要ECプラットフォームでの商品掲載、販促、運用管理
- マーケットプレイスとの関係構築、プロモーションや条件交渉
- アナリティクスを活用したオンラインパフォーマンスの分析・最適化
- 商品発見から購入後までのオンライン顧客体験の改善
- 売上・CRM・顧客獲得に関するKPI達成
