Job Description
- Support production platforms across all products under the department’s responsibility
- Plan and deploy upgrades to fulfil compliance, security or capacity requirements
- Design, test and implement news solutions for product under its direct responsibility
- Work in close relationship with other IT teams to ensure client requirement and expectation are mutually agreed
- Deliver continuous improvement of the products under its direct responsibility
- Continuously adapt a mindset of simplification and cost optimization in day-to-day activities
- Demonstrate high level of integrity and follow the group's cyber security guideline
- 部門が担当する全プロダクトの本番環境の保守・運用サポート
- コンプライアンス、セキュリティ、またはキャパシティ要件を満たすためのアップグレードの計画および実施
- 担当プロダクトにおける新しいソリューションの設計、テスト、導入
- クライアントの要件と期待値を相互に合意できるよう、他のITチームと密接に連携
- 担当プロダクトの継続的な改善（効率化、新機能、自動化など）の実施
- 日々の業務において、簡素化とコスト最適化の意識を持ち続けること
- 高いコンプライアンス意識を持ち、グループのサイバーセキュリティガイドラインに従うこと

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of network and telecommunication technologies included but not limited to Cisco, Checkpoint, Fortinet, Arista, SkyHigh, F5
- CCNA mandatory, CCNE preferred
- Broad understanding of Fundamental Infrastructure Areas (Network, Operating Systems, Servers, Storage, DHCP, DNS, etc...)
- Basics in coding language (Python, Bash), automation tools (Ansible, …)
- Production awareness
- Cisco、Checkpoint、Fortinet、Arista、SkyHigh、F5 などを含む、ネットワークおよび通信技術に関する幅広く高度な知識
- CCNA 必須、CCNP なお可
- ネットワーク、OS、サーバー、ストレージ、DHCP、DNS などの基盤インフラ領域に対する幅広い理解
- Python、Bash などの基本的なコーディングスキル、および Ansible などの自動化ツールの基礎知識
- 本番環境（プロダクション）に対する理解と対応力
