Job Description
事業：
• 不動産賃貸・売買仲介事業（バンコク支店・シラチャ支店・パタヤ支店）
• 不動産管理事業
• リフォーム事業
• スポーツ事業（サッカースクール、ムエタイフィットネスジム運営）
業務内容：
• 個人向け（主に日系企業の駐在員などの就労渡航者のお客様）への業務対応
• 来店・問い合わせ対応（電話・メール・Web）
• ヒアリングによるニーズの把握（予算、希望エリア、間取りなど）
• 業務委託業者が初期ヒアリング／アポイント設定をしてくれるため、以降の対応を担当いただきます o イメージ：提案のアドオン＋値段などの交渉 → クロージングまで
• 条件に合う物件の選定・提案（ニーズ・交渉に応じて、納得いただけるパッケージの提案など）
• 現地への案内・内見の同行、物件のメリット・デメリットの説明
• 賃貸借契約の手続き、契約書類の作成・説明
• 引き渡し後のフォローアップ
• 物件情報の更新・管理 • 日報・週報の作成
• チームミーティングや研修への参加（必要に応じて）
• 対応顧客へのフォローアップ

Required Skills
必須
•4 年制大卒 または それ以上の方（就労ビザの取得要件）
• 5 年以上の社会人経験（就労ビザの取得要件）
• 以下いずれかの業務経験をお持ちの方
（対人業務、接客営業、カスタマーサポートとしての顧客対応など）
• パソコンスキル（エクセル、ワード、パワーポイントなど）
歓迎
・タイでの就労経験（不動産業界であれば尚可）
• 英語：業務（社内コミュケーション・会議）での使用に問題ないレベル
（目安:TOEIC 750 点以上）
