As a Senior Trade Finance Banker, you will lead origination, structuring, and execution of trade and structured trade finance transactions for major Japanese corporates and multinational clients. • Lead origination, structuring, and execution of trade and structured trade finance transactions.
• Manage and expand relationships with Japanese corporates and multinational clients, driving business growth and revenue.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve regional trade finance objectives.
• Ensure smooth execution of transactions while maintaining legal and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Credit, Legal, Risk, and Operations to deliver seamless trade finance solutions.
• Oversee deal pipelines, client coverage, and cross-product coordination with global offices.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, results-driven culture.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• トレードファイナンス、サプライチェーンファイナンス、またはストラクチャードファイナンスの経験12年以上
• 大手法人クライアントとの取引組成・実行経験
• グローバルまたは国内大手金融機関での実務経験
• 貿易金融商品、クレジットストラクチャリング、クロスボーダーファイナンスの専門知識
• クライアントポートフォリオの管理能力（社内ステークホルダーとの連携含む）

• Minimum 12 years in Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, or Structured Trade Finance.
• Proven success in originating and executing trade finance transactions with large corporates.
• Experience in a global or major Japanese financial institution.
• Strong understanding of trade products, credit structures, and cross-border financing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client portfolios and internal stakeholder coordination.

• Japanese: Native level (required for client relationship management).
