直接選手とやり取りをしながら、よりよいウェアの開発に携わっていただくポジションです。
・トップ選手要望を加味した商品開発（試作、テスト）
・選手別注デザイン、指示書作成
・選手ウェアのサポート（着用フィッティング、商品手配）
