The Scientific Consultant is responsible for our customers getting the most out of our software. You will also aid our sales team in communicating the value of our products to prospects and customers including qualifying needs and giving pre sales demos. In addition you will manage projects of many different kinds externally and internally.

Required Skills
The essential requirements of the job include :
Academic degree （preferably post graduate） within quantitative biology biochemistry immunology or a related field
Advanced English （oral and written）
Fluency in Japanese （native or N 1）
Travel Motor Vehicle Record Physical/Environment Requirements:
Ability to travel approx. 30% within Japan and at least twice per year internationally
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Performing analytical or preparative chromatography experiments
Project Management
Experience with at least one scripting language （preferably Python） as well as basic familiarity with the UNIX shell environment
