ウェルネス部門のうち、スパ・タラソテラピー施設全般の統括責任者のポジションとなります。
・スパおよびタラソテラピーの全領域（プログラム、サービス、営業時間、施設、スタッフ）を統括。
サロン、マッサージ、トリートメント、予約、受付、ロッカールーム、管理システム等を含むオペレーションを管理。
・設定された売上・GOPを達成するため、部門長サポートの下で年間予算・販売戦略を立案し、効果的なマーケティングやプロモーションを実行。
・ラグジュアリーホテルに相応しいセラピー技術・接客マナー・商品知識の教育や指導他、ES最大化を目指した就業環境の整備。
・最新のウェルネス/スパトレンドを把握し、サービス改善や新プログラム開発に反映。
