ホテル運営を支える物品調達・購買全般の統括責任者となります。
・ホテル運営に必要な物品（ゲスト用備品、食品・飲料、各種消耗品、清掃用品、リネン、設備関連資材等）の購買業務を統括。
・サプライヤーの選定・契約・交渉を通じて、品質とコストの最適化を実現。
・予算管理と購買計画を立案し、設定された原価率目標やコスト目標、GOPの達成に貢献。
・商品の品質・納期管理の徹底。
・購買管理システムの導入、そして、在庫管理・発注業務を最適化し、無駄のないサプライチェーンを構築。
・購買部門のスタッフ育成・指導。
・地産地消やサステナブルな商材導入を推進し、地域社会や環境にも配慮した調達を実行。
