同社のキーマテリアルとなるポリマー素材を開発するために、「ポリマー構造の設計」「生産技術の確立」「新規な合成素材の探索」などの業務を、周囲のメンバーの理解と協力を得ながら、自ら考えて積極的に行動・発信すること。・

■ポリマー設計
既存製品の課題特定、ポリマーの構造設計
■生産技術の確立
沈殿重合、乳化重合、溶液重合等
■新規な合成素材の探索
企画立案、探索実験
