・ゴルフクラブ生産スケジュール管理。システムを運用し生産（量産、カスタム、D2C）スケジュールを効果的に調整し、市場の需要に対応するパーツ購買業務。
・ゴルフクラブパーツの購買フォーキャス作成、在庫管理。生産実績と計画の比較、量産クラブとカスタムクラブの供給状況、在庫予測、予測消費量、または陳腐化に関するレポート作成。営業、購買、生産管理とクロスファンクショナルな会議を主導し、指標をレビューし、アクションアイテムの決定と実行。
・製品発売の実行。各部門と協力し、製品発売が予定どうりに実現可能であることを確認し、製品在庫と注文管理の観点からすべてのローンチ要件が適切に考慮されていることを確認。
・生産計画チーム2名のマネージメント
