・商品企画（バッグ・グローブ キャップ アクセサリー類）：マーケット、トレンドと商品の知識をベースに、Globalモデルをローカライズして日本の市場に出す又は日本独自に必要不可欠なプロダクトを企画開発する。企画コンセプトをUS本国担当へブリーフを行い、サンプリングまでの実行と管理を行う。
・分析：市場分析・競合分析を行い、売上・利益ともに最大化させるように戦略的に商品価格を決定する。
・US本国へのレポート：US本国との円滑なコミュニケーションを行うため、実績、マーケットシェア、トレンド状況、翌シーズンのプランなどのレポートを適切なタイミングで行う。
・販売促進：商品情報・戦略をマーケティングにインプットし、ブランド/ビジネスでの最大の効果を図る。
・流通戦略：商品・価格戦略を基に、営業と連携して得意先との良好な関係を構築し実行する。
