・新製品の開発、技術移転、申請業務及びCMO技術部門の育成
・委託製品の管理（変更管理、逸脱と回収、Robustness）
・MS T及びオペレーション本部内の情報の共有化

Required Skills
【必須要件】
・Projectに必要な検討内容を理解し、Activityに応じた予算を算出する知識
・申請方法に必要な資料を理解し必要な資料を作成する知識
・生産およびパッケージングのプロセスおよび技術に関する高度な知識、製品の処方および性能に関する知識、現場で製造されたプロセス技術の実務経験
・CMCの規制要件と技術的リスク管理の深い理解
・逸脱や回収に関して根本原因を調査する能力と正しい原因を判断すること。CAPAの対応に関してGMP的な知識、設備的な知識、製品品質に対する知識
・品質、技術及びGMPの知識
・情報から懸念がある場合にMS T内での協力を共有化するコミュニケーション力 （Peopleマネジメント経験）
【歓迎要件】
・英語力（TOEIC 700以上程度、ミーティングにおける口頭での協議、メールでのコミュニケーションができるレベル）
