Job Description
業務内容：
サプライヤー関係・商業管理（日本／中国）
- 日本および中国（親会社関連企業）の主要サプライヤーとの関係維持
- 価格、支払条件、最小発注数量（MOQ）、リードタイムなど、顧客のコストダウンおよび納期要件を 満たすための商業交渉の主導
- OTD、PPM、NCR 対応など、主要サプライヤーの KPI を追跡・報告
- 新製品および設計変更に関する RFQ（見積依頼）プロセスをエンドツーエンドで管理、競争力のあ る正確なコスト提示の実現に向けた取り組み
物流・サプライチェーン調整
- 顧客需要を予測し、海外サプライヤー向けの最適な発注計画の策定
- 受入物流プロセスを管理し、フォワーダーとの密接な連携
- 在庫レベルを監視し、欠品防止と日本／中国からタイ顧客への部品供給の最適化の実施
- 供給リスクを管理し、重要な出荷の迅速化や物流計画の策定
品質保証・技術リエゾン
- 半導体製造装置メーカー顧客が求める高精度品質基準に輸入部品が適合することの保証
- タイ顧客から報告されるすべての品質問題に対するエスカレーション窓口としての対応

Required Skills
【必須】
- 4 年制大卒 または それ以上の方
- 5 年以上の ①法人営業 または ②購買／調達 職での業務経験
- 3 年以上の 商社または電子部品関連の製造業 でのサプライチェーン管理
- パソコンスキル（エクセル、ワード、パワーポイントなど）
- 英語：日常会話～簡単な社内会話レベル（目安:TOEIC 600 点以上）
【歓迎】
- タイでの就労経験（商社業界であれば尚可）
- タイ語：社内会話レベルがあると尚可（部署間での意思疎通に使用）
