北米市場向け食品製品のコンプライアンスを統括するポジションです。製品の開発から販売に至るまで、各国の法規制に準拠した品質・表示・安全性の確保を担っていただきます。社内外の関係者と連携しながら、リスク評価、監査対応、ラベル表示の確認など、幅広い業務に携わることができます。
職務内容
法令・規制に基づくコンプライアンスリスクの評価と管理策の検証
製品・ベンダーに関する外部監査・認証対応
食品表示（原材料、栄養成分、アレルゲン等）の作成・確認
製品開発時の食品安全・品質に関する技術支援
規制関連文書・データベースの管理
海外拠点・サプライヤーとの連携、監査対応
英語または日本語での報告書作成・社内コミュニケーション
FDA、USDA、GMP、HACCP等の規制情報の把握と対応
他部門（営業、物流、開発等）とのクロスファンクショナルな連携
応募資格
英語と日本語での優れた書面および口頭のコミュニケーション能力
食品業界でのコンプライアンス・法務・リスク管理経験（6年以上）
管理職経験（4年以上）
MS Office（Excel、Word、Outlook）およびOracle ERPの使用経験
食品成分・加工・機能性に関する知識
多文化環境での業務経験、柔軟な対応力
国内外出張対応可能な方
