職務概要
2026年春にオープン予定の新しい日本食レストランの立ち上げを担うゼネラルマネージャーを募集しています。焼き鳥、ラーメン、寿司などを中心に、複数のコンセプトを融合させた革新的なダイニング体験を提供する予定です。
このポジションでは、開業準備から運営まで全体をリードし、地域との連携やゲストシェフの招聘、チームの採用・育成など、幅広い業務を担当していただきます。将来的には全米展開を目指しており、戦略的なリーダーシップを発揮できる方を歓迎します。
職務内容
レストランの開業準備および日常運営の統括（P&L責任含む）
SOPおよびレシピデータベースの構築・管理
BOH・FOHチームの採用・研修・スケジュール管理
組織全体の業務可視化（在庫、原価、収益、チップ等）
継続的な改善と必要な変更の実施
分散型チームとのバーチャル連携
ゲスト体験の一貫性確保
応募資格
ゼネラルマネージャーまたはアシスタントGMとしての経験（3年以上）
P&L管理経験
日本食に関する知識・経験（用語や料理ジャンルに精通）
レストラン開業チームとしての経験
GSuite、Slack、Toast、在庫管理ソフトの使用経験
文化的感受性とプロフェッショナリズム
勤務地 アーカンソー州ベントンビル
給与 USD80,000～OPEN (経験・スキルに応じて応相談)
