Job description:
- Supervise all Finance & Accounting (F&A) operations to ensure efficient and effective performance.
- Lead and support the team in meeting departmental goals and targets.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve F&A-related issues.
- Coordinate with overseas headquarters, external auditors, and banking institutions.
- Plan and enhance work systems for improved operational efficiency.
- Review and approve payment vouchers in accordance with management’s authorization.
- Analyze and validate financial reports prior to month-end and year-end closings.
- Oversee accounts receivable and ensure compliance with CIT, WHT, and VAT regulations.
- Consolidate business plans from relevant departments to prepare the annual financial budget for management review.
- Monitor and control capital expenditures to align with the company’s investment budget.
Qualification:
Bachelor / master’s degree Major Accounting & Finance
Holding CPA will be an advantage
Accounting & Finance field with at least 12 years’ experience
Working in Manager level at least 7 years’ experience
Experience in Logistics or Freight forwarding.
Experience in Implement the accounting system
Excellent in MS Excel
Knowledge Accounting: TFRS
