Job Description
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for business units.
Manage standard cost calculations, inventory control, and stock count activities.
Provide financial and business insights to support strategic decision-making.
Prepare and analyze performance reports, profitability studies, and variance explanations.
Maintain and update financial models; analyze industry trends and identify opportunities.
Conduct feasibility studies and ROI calculations for new projects.
Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment on budget and forecast procedures.
Participate in sales and improvement meetings to monitor performance and drive cost reduction.
Support internal audits, SOX compliance, and process improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 10-year experience in Finance and Accounting with management skills
Advanced a fluent in written and spoken English
Good team player with ability to manage multi-priorities under pressure
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
