Company and Job Overview
A major Japanese manufacturer of automated food processing machinery is looking for a Technical Adviser (m/f/d)
Job Responsibilities
Installation of the machine that we sell to the customer.
Instruction of the machine on the customer's site, including the foreign countries.
General customer service, including by telephone call.
Preparing the quotations for the customer.
Production test at our laboratory.
Managing the ingredients and the equipment including our Machine in the laboratory (Cooperating with the other staff).
Planning and execution of in-house Messe, the exhibition and other presentation.
Incidental work with the above items.
Job Requirements
The knowledge of bread making as well as machines.
Experience in the food industry is a plus.
Fluent German and English. Other languages are preferred
Business trips occur relatively frequently.
