JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead daily operations of the production line to meet output, quality, and efficiency targets.

• Coordinate manpower and resources to ensure smooth workflow and timely production.

• Set up and maintain equipment, including tooling/die installation and debugging for stable operations.

• Monitor product quality, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with technical drawings and standards.

• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.

• Enforce safety protocols and conduct training on standard operating procedures.

• Support trial runs and process improvements to enhance production performance.

• Train and motivate team members to build a disciplined, skilled, and safety-conscious workforce.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Possesses Diploma / Professional Certificate (SKM) in Engineering, Tools & Die, Injection Molding or equivalent.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in production supervision in Mechanical Processes; Injection Molding / Metal Stamping / Diecasting.

• Strong technical knowledge in machine setup, tooling/die handling, and troubleshooting.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, especially in handling production issues.
