自社サービスの提供価値を最大化するべく、ステークホルダーを巻き込みながらプロダクトの進化をリードいただきます。既存事業のエンハンスから、グローバル市場を見据えた新規事業の立ち上げまで様々なプロジェクトが進行しており、ご経験や志向を踏まえてアサインします。
◾️具体的な業務
・担当プロダクトに対するロードマップ作成・進捗管理
・セールス/CSチームと連携した課題抽出〜開発タスクへの落とし込み
・新規機能検討〜要求定義の作成
・エンジニアチームとの調整
・MVP等を活用した開発前の価値検証およびUI/UXの検討
• マーケットと競合調査に基づく機能改善提案や戦略への反映

・RICEスコアなど優先順位付けツールの経験
・UX/UIデザインの経験方
