- 担当クライアントとの関係構築・維持、満足度向上
- プログラム戦略、予算管理、契約更新に関するコンサルティング
- 社内チームとの連携によるサービス提供のモニタリング
- アップセル機会の特定と営業支援
- 業界動向の把握とクライアントへの情報提供
- パフォーマンスレポートの作成と社内フィードバック
