職務内容
- 顧客との課題整理、ゴール設定、契約からサービス提供までの移行支援
- プロジェクト文書の作成・更新、資料翻訳（日英）
- 会議準備・議事録作成、スケジュール管理
- プロジェクト関連データの入力・更新、情報収集・リサーチ
- チーム内外のコミュニケーション調整、問題の追跡と報告
- トランジションマネージャーの業務全般サポート

- ITプロジェクトにおけるコーディネーター経験（3〜5年）
- タスク管理・課題解決・関係者調整のスキル
- 英語ビジネスレベル（読み書き・会話）
- Microsoft 365の業務利用経験（Excel関数・ピボット含む）
- 議事録作成・会議ファシリテーション経験
- PMBOK等のプロジェクト管理知識があれば尚可
