・365日稼働のカスタマーサポート業務
・通販サイトご利用のお客様からのお問合せに対して、メール・チャットの両方で回答
・国際発送サービスに新規登録を希望されるお客様や、ご利用中のお客様からのお問合せ
に対して、メールでご対応する業務です。対応言語は 英語、中国語となります。
日本国内のECサイトでの購入商品を、一括で居住の海外発送先へ送付するサービスに
関する お客様サービス窓口業務です。国際発送経験、転送サービス利用経験を活かせ
ます。
※研修期間 約2ヶ月（OJT含む）
※クライアント先常駐のセンターでの勤務となります。

Required Skills
必須条件
中国語と英語の両方の語学スキル習得者
・中国語：ビジネスレベル以上（簡体字/繁体字）
・英語：ビジネスレベル以上（読み/書き ※会話は不要です）
TOEIC850点以上または、それと同レベルの英語スキルをお持ちの方
・学歴不問
・長期勤務可能者
・PC操作できる方。タイピングスキルの高い方（100文字以上/1分）
※Excel・Wordの基本操作程度
お客様からのお問合せの内容をヒアリングし、それに応じた回答ができる
コミュニケーション力がある方
※カスタマーサービス経験者を優先とします。
