- 新規採用者のオンボーディングプロセスのサポート
- トレーニング効果を評価し、改善点を提案
- 店舗マネージャーと連携し、スタッフのスキルアップを支援
- 業績データを分析し、トレーニングプログラムの最適化
- トレーニングに関する最新情報やトレンドの収集
- チーム間の連携を強化し、目標達成に向けたサポート
