本ポジションでは、外資系金融機関の日本拠点における財務業務全般をリードしていただきます。日次の自己資本比率（CAR）計算から人事制度の運用まで、幅広い業務を担う責任ある役割です。

職務内容
- 日本基準および社内方針に基づく帳簿管理
- 月次・年次決算、税務申告、外部監査対応の主導
- 自己資本比率（CAR）の日次計算と規制当局への報告
- 給与・福利厚生の管理、労務対応、社員情報の整備
- 採用・入退社手続きの運営
- グローバル人事制度のローカル実装と法令遵守
- 社内の財務・人事に関する問い合わせ対応
- 日本の証券ビジネス責任者および海外CFOとの連携

- 機密性を守りながら、正確かつ丁寧に業務を遂行できる方
