Job Description
本ポジションでは、証券取引の確認やNAV管理、レポート作成など、投資運用業務全般を担っていただきます。社内外の関係者と連携しながら、正確かつ効率的な運用を支える重要な役割です。

グローバルに展開する中堅規模の資産運用会社。東京拠点では年金基金や外国籍投信を中心とした運用サポートを行っています。
職務内容
- 証券取引・為替の確認、指図書作成、フェイル取引の管理
- NAVのモニタリング、キャッシュ残高・AUMの管理
- 投資顧問料・管理費の計算および請求書作成
- 外国籍投信の申込金・解約金の管理、分配金スケジュールの作成
- 年金顧客向けの月次・四半期レポート作成、法定帳簿の作成・保存
- 管理会社・受託銀行との調整、SLAの遵守
- 投資信託商品の設計補助、約款作成サポート
- KYC書類、契約書、口座情報の管理・保存
- 本社への月次報告、英訳資料の作成

- NAVや証券取引、手数料計算に関する知識
- 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語の読み書きに抵抗がない方
- チームワークを重視し、正確性と調整力に優れた方
