職務内容
- 社内ユーザーからの技術的な問い合わせ対応
- ハードウェアを中心としたトラブルシューティング
- 海外エスカレーション先との連携による問題解決
- 技術サポート文書の作成・更新
- PCの組み立て、機器のセットアップ
条件・待遇
- 時給：2,600円前後（スキル・経験により応相談）
- 勤務時間：9:00〜17:30（実働7.5時間）
- 勤務日：月曜〜金曜（完全週休2日制）
- 勤務地：東京都文京区（三田線千石駅、JR駒込駅より徒歩圏内）
