外資アルコール企業にて受発注から納品、請求、返品までのOrder-to-Cashプロセス全体を管理し、社内外の関係者と連携しながら業務の円滑な遂行を担っていただきます。業務改善やレポーティングにも関与し、オペレーションの最適化に貢献できるポジションです。

職務内容
- 受発注業務全般（受注入力、出荷調整、請求、返品対応など）をアウトソース先と連携しながら管理
- 営業、経理、倉庫チームと連携し、スムーズな納品を実現
- サービスレベルのモニタリングおよび課題解決
- 3PLとの在庫・倉庫・輸送・付加価値業務の調整
条件・待遇
- 勤務時間：月ー金（土日祝休み） 9:00〜17:00
- 在宅勤務週2日可能
