機械学習エンジニアとして、LLMを基盤に、ファインチューニングやRAGなどを用いたカスタマイズを行い、アプリケーション開発をリードしていただきます。社会課題の解決を目的に、適切な技術選定と検証を進めるとともに、AI開発プロジェクトの品質維持・向上やチーム全体のパフォーマンス改善にも主体的に取り組んでいただきます。
