米国の集合住宅（マルチファミリー）を対象とした不動産投資プロジェクトにおいて、物件の取得から改修、そして日本人投資家への売却までを一貫して担当いただくポジションです。現地の不動産管理会社と英語で連携し、収集したデータをもとに日本語でレポートを作成し、社内および投資家に提供します。
職務内容
米国集合住宅の取得・改修・売却プロセスの管理
米国の不動産管理会社との英語でのコミュニケーション
投資家向けの日本語レポート作成
財務・運用データに基づく物件評価
日本人投資家との連携・調整業務
