販売戦略の実行および収益目標の達成をサポートする
国内および日本の顧客との関係を管理・強化し、高い顧客満足度を維持する
新たなビジネス機会やリードを特定・創出する
調達部門や研究開発チームを含む顧客との技術的な打ち合わせや製品プレゼンテーションを実施する
価格、契約条件、納期について、社内ポリシーに沿って交渉を行う
社内の物流・技術・財務チームと連携し、納期遵守、サービス提供、迅速な入金回収を確保する
市場動向、競合の動き、顧客からのフィードバックをモニタリングし、販売戦略に反映させる
CRMツールを活用して、正確な販売記録、予測、レポートを作成・管理する
業界イベント、展示会、顧客との会議において会社を代表する
【求める人材像】
高分子科学、化学工学、化学、または関連分野のディプロマまたは学士号を保有していること
プラスチック、化学品、製造業界での営業経験が5年以上あること
高分子材料およびその産業用途に関する十分な理解
優れたコミュニケーション能力と対人スキル
英語およびビジネスレベルの日本語（会話・読み書き）の運用能力（日系およびローカル顧客とのやりとりが発生するため）
日本のビジネス文化やマナーに精通していること
Microsoft OfficeおよびCRMシステムの操作に習熟していること
【歓迎要件】
プラスチック業界における日本の多国籍企業（MNC）またはサプライヤーとの業務経験
サステナブルポリマーや特殊ポリマーに関する知識
高い交渉力と問題解決能力
顧客訪問や業界イベントへの出張に前向きであること
