Job Description
An electronic components manufacturer located in the Kulim Industrial Park, Kedah, Malaysia.
It specializes in the production and sales of wire harnesses and connectors for automobiles, medical devices, and home appliances. With a long-standing business relationship with major global automotive manufacturers, the company is well known for its commitment to high-quality manufacturing and has earned strong trust within the industry.
The Managing Director, a Japanese, has extensive overseas experience and is known for his sincere and warm personality. Communication with local staff is smooth, and the company offers a comfortable and supportive working environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze monthly and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Handle budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting in a manufacturing environment
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and support audit processes
- Lead and manage the finance team (1 Assistant Manager + 4 staff)
- Oversee General Affairs and HR team (5 staff)
Job Requirements
- Analytical skills in P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Japanese language proficiency is preferred
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
- Experience in general affairs and human resources is preferred
