Job Description
`A global leader in disaster recovery and restoration is seeking a Project Manager to join their Penang team. This on-site role is crucial in managing client engagement, damage assessment, contract acquisition, and full-cycle project delivery following incidents such as fire, water damage, or natural disasters.
This position offers a potential transfer opportunity to their Singapore office, providing regional career growth within a dynamic and impactful industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Damage Assessment: Evaluate site conditions, define client needs, and prepare quotations for recovery services.
- Sales: Engage stakeholders, negotiate terms, and secure contracts while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Project Management: Plan and oversee recovery projects, ensuring quality, profitability, and timely completion.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Construction, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) preferred.
- Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, CIDB) are an advantage.
- Proven experience in technical sales and client management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage complex projects and respond to emergencies on short notice.
