Job Vacancy: Technical Manager – Automotive
Our client is a globally recognized Western automotive brand committed to innovation, quality, and operational excellence. As we expand our footprint in Vietnam, we’re looking for a skilled Technical Manager to lead technical operations and support our manufacturing growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage technical aspects of automotive manufacturing processes
Ensure product quality and process efficiency across production lines
Collaborate with global teams (US, Europe, etc.) for technology transfer and process alignment
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support plant operations
Provide technical leadership and training to local teams
Act as a key communication bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
5+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing or technical management
Strong understanding of production processes, quality systems, and technical problem-solving
Excellent communication skills in English
Experience working with international teams and cross-cultural environments
Proven leadership and team management abilities
Preferred Skills
Experience with US/China/Vietnam manufacturing transitions
Familiarity with global automotive standards and practices
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Location: From Hanoi, with frequent travelling
