日本の大手菓子製造販売グループのタイ現地法人です。 主に洋菓子やパンの製造・販売事業を展開しています。本ポジションでは、タイ拠点全体のトップ、事業責任者として、事業運営全般を行っていただきます。
組織はスピード感のある意思決定と、現場の裁量を重視する風土があり、ご自身の「やりたいこと」やアイデアをスピーディに実現しやすい環境です。
仕事内容：
■弊社タイ事業の責任者としての事業運営
■日本本部との連携、及び、事業状況の報告
■新規出店等の交渉・対外折衝
■予算策定、事業推進、事業改善
■同業他社の視察
■スタッフ管理
応募資格：
【必須条件】
■海外の販売事業の統括責任者経験があること
■BtoCのご経験があること・海外での勤務（赴任）経験があること
【歓迎条件】
■菓子・飲食業界でのプレイングマネージャーの経験
