Job Description
Develop the department’s strategic plan in alignment with the overall objectives of the division.
Define operational methods, monitor progress, and summarize business plan reports for submission to the manager.
Manage the department’s budget to maximize operational efficiency and benefit.
Supervise departmental staff to ensure safe and effective performance.
Coordinate with customers on activities related to Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), energy management, and chemical substance control.
Collaborate with internal personnel to drive successful implementation of related activities.
