バンコクにある和食レストランです。日本人のお客様以外にも様々な国籍のお客様が来店されております。
仕事内容：
副料理長として、調理からお店の運営までお任せします。
【具体的には】
・ランチ・ディナーの調理業務全般
・ナショナルスタッフへの調理技術指導
・スタッフのシフト作成および勤怠管理
・売上管理および報告業務
応募資格：
【必要条件】
・和食レストラン・ホテルなどでの調理経験10年以上
・食材管理・スタッフ管理など、店舗運営の実務経験をお持ちの方
・Excelを使用した基本的な業務（売上管理・シフト表作成など）が可能な方
