仕事内容:
副料理長として、調理からお店の運営までお任せします。
【具体的には】
・ランチ・ディナーの調理業務全般
・ナショナルスタッフへの調理技術指導
・スタッフのシフト作成および勤怠管理
・売上管理および報告業務
応募資格:
【必要条件】
・和食レストラン・ホテルなどでの調理経験10年以上
・食材管理・スタッフ管理など、店舗運営の実務経験をお持ちの方
・Excelを使用した基本的な業務(売上管理・シフト表作成など)が可能な方
