Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Related Fields.
Have Experience in managerial position in Japanese Automotive factory more than 5years.
Proficient in ERP systems and production planing tools
Good command in spoken and written English (Conversational or higher)
Experience with automotive quality standards (IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001)
Strong leadership and team management skills Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
