A leading global reinsurance brokerage with a strong and expanding presence in Japan is seeking a Senior Non-Life Reinsurance Broker to join its growing Tokyo office. This high-impact position reports directly to the CEO and offers a rare opportunity to play a key role in shaping the firm's presence and growth strategy in the Japanese market. You will work closely with local clients and global colleagues to deliver innovative, market-leading reinsurance solutions and strengthen the company's brand in Japan.

• Develop and manage long-term relationships with Japanese insurance clients, providing tailored non-life reinsurance solutions.
• Originate, structure, and place reinsurance programs that meet client risk and capital management objectives.
• Collaborate with the firm's global network to leverage international expertise, capacity, and insights.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the Japan franchise.
• Represent the company with professionalism in both local and global reinsurance markets.

• 損害保険再保険ブローカーとしての豊富な経験（特に日本市場での実務経験が望ましい）
• 国内外の保険会社・再保険会社との強固なネットワーク

• Extensive experience in non-life reinsurance broking, ideally within the Japanese market.
• Established relationships and a strong client network with insurers and reinsurers.

• Japanese: Fluent (essential for client relationship management).
