As a Strategy Consultant (Manager level) at a leading European consulting firm, you will lead strategic initiatives across industries, working directly with C-suite executives to deliver actionable insights and measurable business impact.

• Develop and execute corporate and business strategies across diverse industries.
• Lead market analysis, financial modeling, and business case development.
• Drive transformation, digitalization, and innovation initiatives for global clients.
• Collaborate with senior executives to design practical, results-oriented solutions.
• Manage project streams, mentor junior consultants, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Contribute to firm growth through thought leadership and business development.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• コンサルティング、戦略、または経営企画の経験3年以上
• 分析・問題解決の実績
• 戦略的思考能力
• プレゼンテーションおよびクライアント対応スキル
• 一流大学の学位（院卒歓迎）

• Minimum 3 years in consulting, strategy, or corporate planning.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a leading university.

• Strong presentation, leadership, and client communication abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.

Language Requirements:

• Japanese: Fluent.
• English: Business-level proficiency.

• Experience in management consulting or strategic project management.
• Exposure to digital transformation, sustainability, or M&A projects.
• MBA from a top global business school or international work experience.
• Knowledge of advanced analytics or data-driven strategy frameworks.
