プリセールス段階での製品エキスパートとして、営業チームをサポートし、クライアントのビジネス課題や技術的ニーズに合ったソリューションを提案します。グローバルブランドで様々な案件に関わり、国際的なビジネススキルを磨くことができます。

• 多様なビジネスユースケースに応じた製品デモの設計・実施
• 顧客提案やデモンストレーションの実行（エンジニア＆営業チームと連携）
• クライアント先や業界イベントでの製品プレゼンテーション
• RFI/RFPの回答書の作成
• 顧客要件の共有（プロダクトマネジメントや技術チームに）
• 新機能のトレーニング資料やデモコンテンツの作成

Join a leading B2B software solutions provider as a Solution Specialist in Tokyo. Acting as the primary product expert, you will support the regional sales team during client evaluations, demonstrating how the company's platforms solve complex business and technical needs. • Configure and deliver product demonstrations tailored to diverse business use cases.
• Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to create effective customer proposals and demos.
• Represent the product at client meetings and industry events.
• Prepare and deliver responses to RFIs and RFPs.
• Translate customer requirements into feedback for Product Management and Technical teams.
• Create training materials and demo content to showcase new features.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• ソフトウェア営業またはSIer、コンサルティング会社での関連経験3〜5年程度
• B2Bソフトウェアプラットフォームを扱った経験

• プレゼンテーション能力
• 技術的な情報を簡潔かつ分かりやすく伝えられること、またそのための分析力

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：ビジネスレベル（必須）

• ソリューションコンサルティングやプリセールスの経験
• 英語流暢なら尚可

• 3-5 years of experience in software sales or professional services.
• Strong background with B2B software platforms.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Analytical aptitude to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.

• Japanese: Native level (required for client-facing activities).
• English: Business level (required for collaboration with global teams).

• Proven experience in solution consulting or pre-sales roles.
• Ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions.
