Join a leading digital asset trading business as a Market Making Trader in Tokyo. In this role, you will trade crypto assets through market making on both exchanges and OTC platforms, while monitoring and improving trading algorithms. Working closely with global teams, you'll play a key part in shaping trading strategies and quantitative systems in the rapidly growing world of digital assets.

• Execute trading of crypto assets via market making on exchanges and OTC.
• Monitor trading algorithms and escalate technical issues in collaboration with international teams.
• Contribute to the development of trading algorithms and alerting systems.
• Conduct quantitative analysis of market making and OTC trading performance.
• Support the continuous improvement of trading strategies and risk controls.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 暗号資産、株式、FX、または債券のトレーディング経験1〜3年程度

• 暗号資産やトレーディングへの強い関心と情熱
• 問題解決力、向上心

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル（必須）

• アルゴリズム取引の経験
• セルサイドでのマーケットメイクの経験
• Linux環境の使用経験、Pythonを用いたデータ分析スキル
• チームマネジメントまたはリーダー経験

• 1-3 years of trading experience in crypto, equity, FX, or fixed income.
• Algorithmic trading or sell-side market making experience preferred.

• Linux environment experience and Python analysis skills are a plus.

• Strong interest in digital assets and passion for trading.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and teamwork.

• Japanese: Native level.
• English: Business level (required for collaboration with global teams).

• Prior management or team-leadership experience.
