医療機器の技術研修および医師向け認定プログラムの運営を担うポジションです。医療業界での経験を活かし、教育・トレーニング分野での専門性を高めたい方に最適です。

医療機器業界のグローバル企業。高度な手術支援技術を提供し、国内外の医療機関で広く導入されています。現在、認定研修プログラムの需要増加に伴い、トレーニングチームの拡充を進めています。
職務内容
- 医師・手術チーム向けの技術研修の実施
- 認定プログラムの運営（2〜3ヶ月の長期プログラム）
- トレーニング資料・プロトコルの開発、改善
- 社内外の研修イベント・学会対応
- トレーニングセンターでの機器管理、メンテナンス、在庫管理
- 新製品開発・研修研究プロジェクトへの参画
- 営業チームへの製品トレーニング支援
条件・待遇
- 平日勤務（8:30〜16:00）

- 問題解決力・コミュニケーション力・チームワーク力
- 自発的に行動できる方
