マレーシアのセランゴールに位置する、ダイカスト製品の製造を扱う企業です。
<ダイカストとは?>
簡単に言うと、高温で溶かした金属を金型に注ぎ、成型品を製造する技術です。
ダイカスト製品は自動車、航空宇宙、ロボット等の最先端製品に使用されます。
<業務詳細>
国際規格 ISOに沿って、生産設備の維持管理や生産している製品の品質管理を担当していただきます。
- 生産設備の維持管理や製品の品質管理に関する現地スタッフへの指示
- 製造部門や顧客との折衝（日本語と英語の両方を使用）
- 品質の向上や品質管理のための全体システムのメンテナンス作業
- Control plan/FMEA/MSA等の資料作成（PPAP）
