Job Description
マレーシアのセランゴールに位置する、ダイカスト製品の製造を扱う企業です。同社のダイカスト製品は自動車をはじめ、バイク、家電製品、産業用機械などに用いられており、精密なパーツづくりを担うメーカーとして、世界を舞台にサービスを展開しています。
1994年にマレーシア政府の要請もあり、マレーシアに工場を設立しました。マレーシア全体では1,000名ほどの従業員がおり、その中で日本人は20名います。2012年にはマレーシア第二工場を設立。サプライヤーはフィリップスや東芝、日立、ソニー等で、生産規模の拡大と最新設備の導入で、今ではおよそ85％の製品はヨーロッパ、北米、南米、アジアなど世界各国のお客様へ輸出しています。
<ダイカストとは?>
簡単に言うと、高温で溶かした金属を金型に注ぎ、成型品を製造する技術です。
ダイカスト製品は自動車、航空宇宙、ロボット等の最先端製品に使用されます。
<業務詳細>
国際規格 ISOに沿って、生産設備の維持管理や生産している製品の品質管理を担当していただきます。
- 生産設備の維持管理や製品の品質管理に関する現地スタッフへの指示
- 製造部門や顧客との折衝（日本語と英語の両方を使用）
- 品質の向上や品質管理のための全体システムのメンテナンス作業
- Control plan/FMEA/MSA等の資料作成（PPAP）
