• インサイダー情報の登録・削除管理
• インサイダーホルダーリストの作成・維持
• リサーチレポートのレビューおよび関連情報管理
• IBD・リサーチ部門との連携による情報統制サポート
• グローバル基準に基づいたコンプライアンス体制の徹底

Join a top-tier Japanese investment bank as part of its Global Control Room team, where you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the firm's information-control and compliance framework. This position places you at the center of deal flow, collaborating with investment banking and research divisions while safeguarding the integrity of sensitive information and ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Manage the registration and deletion of insider information.
• Create and maintain insider holder lists for regulatory compliance.
• Review research reports and manage related information flow.
• Partner daily with IBD, Research, and other internal teams to support compliance controls.
• Ensure consistent application of global compliance standards across the business.

必須条件

• 証券会社でのコンプライアンス実務経験
• ビジネスアナリストとしての経験、または法務関連業務の経験
• 多様な文化的背景を持つチームや同僚との協働経験

• 未公表の重要情報（MNPI）を厳格に管理できる倫理観、責任感
• リスクを的確に判断し、必要に応じて迅速かつ根拠に基づいたエスカレーションが行える判断力
• 内部統制手順（SOP）や監査証跡に則った業務を徹底できる、細部への高い注意力とプロセス遵守意識

• 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上
• 英語：ビジネスレベルが理想

• 司法試験合格 または ロースクール修了者
• CFA、証券アナリスト、Microsoft Office Specialist 等の資格
• MNPI管理や規制対応の専門知識

• Compliance experience at a securities firm or related financial institution.
• Proven background as a business analyst or in legal-related work.
• Strong ability to collaborate in cross-cultural environments.

• High integrity, sound judgment, and attention to detail with strong process discipline.

• Japanese: Native-level proficiency.
• English: Business-level proficiency (spoken and written).

• Passed the Bar exam or law school graduate.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, securities analyst, or Microsoft Office Specialist.
• Familiarity with information management, MNPI controls, and regulatory processes.
