■宿泊予約およびレベニューマネジメントに関する業務全般を担当いただきます。
・電話、メール等による宿泊予約受付（個人／団体）、予約情報管理などの宿泊予約業務
・宿泊プランの立案
・顧客満足および売上向上ための業務改善や企画の立案と実行
・チームメンバーの育成および指導
・売上や市場トレンドの分析、価格戦略、販売戦略の遂行
※ホテル運営に関わる業務の範囲で変更の可能性あり

【必須】
・シティーホテルにおける予約業務および、レベニューコントロール業務の経験5年以上
・シティーホテルにおける予約部門でのマネジメント経験3年以上
・基本的なPCスキル（Excel、Power Point、Word、メール）
・何らかのホテル管理システム（PMS）および、サイトコントローラー使用経験
【優遇】
・Excelの上級スキル
・PMS：ダイナテック使用経験
・サイトコントローラー：TLリンカーン使用経験
